Michael Hyman
Prior to starting Elektra-Tech, Michael was a Director at Amazon.com, where he led the teams responsible for community features such as reviews, Wish Lists, tags, Wiki, early adopters, and new search and navigation paradigms for Amazon.
Michael joined Amazon.com from Netegrity, Inc. where he was Vice President of Engineering running the PortalMinder division -- an enterprise focused corporate information portal. He was the CTO of DataChannel, and founder of habit.com, where he designed and lead the building of a rich Ajax based consumer focused community media portal.
Before that Michael was at Microsoft, where he worked in numerous groups, ranging from interactive television to Internet Explorer to XML. He was the Business Unit Manager of the languages division for Borland, a founder of Within Technologies, and prior to that worked in the OS/2 division at Microsoft.
He is the author of several books and holder of several patents. He has an Electrical Engineering/Computer Science degree from Princeton University

Olga Boreyko
Olga joined Elektra-Tech from Amazon, where she was a product and project manager for a broad variety of projects. She was a key member of the team that established Amazon’s first remote office in Eastern Europe, and also drove the world wide launch of Amazon’s wish lists and registries. She led Amazon’s gift card and gift certificate efforts, from both a business development and technical perspective. In addition, she has years of experience executing and managing QA teams.
Olga has a Ph.D. in Physics from Kharkov State University, and did post-graduate work on nanoparticles with the Institute for Single Crystals. In her free time she is active with a 501c3 she formed to help provide medical equipment for children’s hospitals in Ukraine.
